We are licensed and insured with over
2 million dollars liability for each event, inspected on
a regular basis by the central district health department,
and proud to be the only caterer awarded a perfect 100 on
our last two years inspections.
All of our buffet packages include
delivery and set up of our buffet tables with topping and
centerpieces, iced salad bars, chaffing dishes with sterno
fuel for hot foods, carving station display belson grills
for preparation on your site, beverage and desert stations.
We include plates, cups, service ware and ice. In addition
we include certified chefs hostess and staff in full dress
uniforms, all service charges and taxes are included in
your one low quoted price. We do not charge for little ones
under the age of 6 years and have special rates for older
children.
