Picnic
Here is the perfect solution when you
can’t decide how to please everyone. Our complete buffet
includes an iced salad bar with tossed garden salad and dressings,
pasta primavera salad and a zesty alpine cole slaw or potato
salad.
At your site we set up our mesquite
belson grills and broil to order jumbo all beef hot dogs,
third pound all beef hamburgers, and authentic basque chorizo’s
steamed in beer and finished over the grill served with appropriate
buns and all the fixings, or maybe add bourbon marinated broiled
chicken. We include our special cowboy baked beans and steamed
corn on the cob with melted butter and you’ll think
its the fourth of july.
We ice down plenty of watermelon and
carve it to order, along with fresh strawberry shortcake chantilly.
Beverage service includes iced tea and lemonade service to
make your event complete. Vegetarian items are always available
for your guests.
