Here we provide our display vending cart along with our belson
grills and certified chefs in full dress uniforms for broiling
to order your choice of complimentary sandwiches or selected
entrees of your choice. We feature our oregon trail chili,
which has won the “Idaho state champion”
chili cook off two years in a row.
Our most popular suggestions:

5/1 all beef hot dogs and authentic basque chorizo’s
steamed in beer on site and finished over the mesquite grill
served with condiments of mustard, ketchup, relish, diced
onion diced tomatoes and sliced jalapeno peppers and chili.
of quarter pound all beef patties broiled to order and served
with sesame seed buns and condiments.

and piled high on split buns with our signature hickory mesquite
dipping sauce.

of lays vend size bags of chips.

of coke, pepsi, 7-up root beer, dr. Pepper and diet assortment
along with iced bottled waters.
The complete catered price is based on a guaranteed number
of guests served. We will charge for the guaranteed number,
or the actual number of guests served, which ever is greater.
