Hawaiian Luau


Starts with our buffet tables set with
authentic grass skirting and fresh pineapples, coconuts and
centerpieces. We supply silk orchid Hawaiian leis for each
guest. Lit tiki torches surround your perimeter. Your iced
salad bar features our signature fresh fruit cascade of ornate
carved melons with a rainbow of kiwi, papaya, mango and all
the seasons fresh fruits garnished with honey creme dressing.
Surrounding are premium salads such as bay shrimp and crab
meat with macadamia nut, Island mixed greens,with papaya vinaigrette.
The center of attention is a whole
roast suckling pig dressed with an apple and spit bar-b-qued
on display rotisserie and carved to order for each guest.
Served with goyu dipping sauce. In addition, we include side
entrees of chicken breast “keo-keo” and broiled
mahi with a lemon caper butter. We balance your buffet selections
with fresh steamed vegetables and seasoned roast potatoes.
Beverage service of planters island reception punch bowls
and fresh brewed iced tea service. We allow 7 hours for roasting
of the pig and need a guarantee of 75 guests. However, we
are able to substitute an entrée of tonga tabu, which
is whole roast stuffed pork loins for smaller groups that
do not require a whole pig.
