We at American Catering have been designing balanced reception buffets for more than 20 years.All of our events include buffet tables with linens, iced salad bars, floral displays, carving stations and chafing dishes with hot fuel. We pay particular attention to amenities that are requested specific to your needs. Part of our job description is to insure you and your guests have the professional service that is expected. Our staff include a certified chef and staff in uniform who are trained to assist your guests with beverage and reception cake and dessert service.
